*SugarBat? What/who is that?
The original concept of SugarBat is based on the offer of our clothes, which is dark, but cute at the same time. Here you can find sweet cupacke polka dot dresses as well as a vinyl corset or leather fetish dress. We love lace, lacing, tartan, tattoo prints, anchors and ropes, polka dots, stripes, animal and floral prints etc.!
Sugar Bat Ltd. was established in January 2013, online shop launched in March 2013.
Bricks shop was opened in the end of May 2015 in Prague, Jagellonská Street 14.
*Why should I shop right here?
We keep everything in stock and all goods are ready for immediate despatch (also during weekends). We try to continuously extend our range of products. You do not need to create an account to be able to place an order, so the whole process is simple and fast.
*How do I know that my order was successful?
You will receive an automatic email right after a successful order is placed. You will also be informed about payment receipt and the despatch of your parcel via email.
*Do you ship outside of the Czech Republic?
Yes, we ship worldwide!
*How can I pay for the goods?
Simpliest and fastest is to process payment via PayPal. You can also pay via PayPal if you do not have an account - after you get directed the the PayPal page, just click on "Pay with my debit/credit card" and fill in the required details.
*I could not make PayPal payment yet, I want to make it now but I cannot find a link to it!
Sorry, we cannot provide the link. It is only generated right after the order is placed, and payment is expected to be made immediately. If you want to make it later, you can log in to your PayPal account, click on "send money" in the upper menu, and transfer the total amount of your order using our email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Or you can place the order again to get redirected to PayPal.
*In what currencies can I pay?
You can pay in EUR or CZK currencies. You can use www.xe.com for quick currency conversion (please note that they are using different exchange rate - we use the one of Czech National Bank). The difference is very little, but the amount will slightly differ).
*When will I have my goods at home?
Ordered goods will be dispatched on the second day the latest after the receipt of payment. Orders are processed Tue-Sat. Then it is all up to the Czech Post. It takes 1-3 days within the Czech Republic, and 3-14 days within Europe (3-4 days to Germany, Austria, Netherlands etc., 4-6 days to the UK, and up to 5 -10 days to Italy, Portugal, Norway, Finland etc.).
Delivery to overseas countries can take anthing between 1 - 3 weeks depending on your location. Parcels are usually delivered within 2 weeks, but please allow up to one month for the overseas delivery. We are not responsible for any delays or custom charges.
*Where can I track my package?
Package number is provided in the email in which we inform you that your order was shipped.
*I want to place an order, but my size is not in the scroll-down menu!
If you are interested in an item that is currently not available in your size, please contact us at email@example.com. If the item is available at the supplier's stock, we will order it for you in your size. This is not a binding order, we are dependent on the availability at the supplier.
Please follow these steps also in case you saw something on our website that is no longer available, or in case your heart desires an item from one of our brands that you saw elsewhere but is not listed on our website.
*I received my order, but the clothes don't fit or I don't like it!
In this case we will exchange your item for free or refund the amount to your PayPal account (please tell us what you prefer). Please return the unused and undamaged goods in their original packaging to us as soon as possible (within 14 days of receipt the latest). For detailed procedure, please refer to our Terms & Conditions (article Withdrawal from the Contract). For hygiene reasons we can only accept returns of jewellery, underwear and tights in its original, unopened packaging. All returned goods must be unused, clean, free from pet hair and in re-sellable condition. Make sure to enclose the original invoice. Please note that you have to pay the shipping cost. We will refund the value of the returned goods.
Second returns are also accepted (in case an already exchanged item does not fit), but all real shipping costs will be deducted from the returned amount.
Please inform us in advance via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) that you are returning goods to us, it will speed up the whole process.
If you would like an exchange for a different size, please let us know ASAP, so we can hold the desired size for you. Otherwise it might sell out - we do not carry big stocks.
*Why don't you sell any mens' clothes?
We do apologize to all gentlemen, but currently we only offer clothes for ladies. We do plan something for gentlemen in the future, so stay tuned!
*Why don't you sell any shoes/umbrellas etc.... ?
We are a young business with limited stock space and budget, but we try to continuously extend our ranges
